Developmental Baseball
Developmental Baseball is for all. There are no cuts and all are welcome to play. This level focuses on growing baseball skills and still providing a competitive but fun atmosphere. These teams participate in the Wisconsin River League. Travel to communities within 60 minutes of Lodi will be required.
Ages
Appropriate for players at least 9 years old but younger than 15 on 8/31/2024.
When
Season begins with practices in late April and regular games starting mid May and typically wrapping up by early July.
Games
Teams will play 10-15 games over the course of the regular season and will usually fall on the weekdays.
Equipment
Jerseys and hats are provided. You will need to provide: Fielding Glove, Batting Helmet, Pants, Protective Cup, Cleats and socks. Catching gear and bats will also be provided for each team, but feel free to bring your own. Bats must be USA certified for 10u and 12u. 14u allows USSSA drop 5 as well as USA certified.
Tournament Play
10-14u potential weekend tournament opportunities through the month of July.
1 team per level will be established near the end of the regular.
