Demons Team - Tournament Reimbursements

For the 2026 Season, each Demon Team is allowed $1,000 in Tournament registration reimbursement as part of player registration fees.

Receipts can be emailed to the LAYBS Treasurer ( treasurer@laybs.org ) for reimbursement.

Please include the following in your email:

Name of person to reimburse

Team Name and Age Group i.e. 10u Demon Baseball

Address the check should be sent to

Receipt of payment

You can also send completed registration forms to the LAYBS Treasurer and they will mail the completed form and check to the tournament registrar. This will avoid coaches from having to pay for tournament fees out of pocket. All forms need to be completed in order for the Treasurer to complete the registration and payment.
