Demon Baseball
Demon Baseball is for those players looking for that extra competition and a higher skill level of play. These teams will travel throughout the state for weekend tournaments and also play weekday games with surrounding communities.
Ages
Appropriate for players at least 9 years old but younger than 15 on 8/31/2024.
When
Season begins with practices in April and regular games starting in May and typically wrapping up by the end of July. Team Selections are decided annually after player assessments that typically take place in August.
Games
Teams will play games over the course of the season. Single games will usually fall on the weekdays while tournament play occurs on select weekends.
EQUIPMENT
Jerseys and hats are provided. You will need to provide: Fielding Glove, Batting Helmet, Pants, Protective Cup, Cleats and socks. Catching gear and bats will also be provided for each team, but feel free to bring your own. Bats must follow league tournament guidelines. Check with the team coach on any restrictions.
Extra Costs
Each team is allocated $2000.00 in tournament entry fees with your registration. And addition costs like extra fees above the allocation amount and possible hotel stays will be extra and not covered by LAYBS.
